We offer a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all Alumni Travel Gear products which covers repair or replacement due to defects in all materials including handles, hinges and locks. Any damage not related to defects in materials or production, for example damage caused by airlines, airport transit, airport services or any other travel services provider is not covered. In these cases, damages should be submitted directly to the travel services provider and we recommend claims be submitted immediately upon discovery of any incident. Other damages not covered by the warranty include improper use of the product, aesthetic claims, such as scratches or fabric stains, accidental or indirect damage such as loss of contents or normal wear and tear. If you do have a warranty issue please send us an email at: info@alumnitravelgear.com stating your problem and if possible please provide images of the defect and proof of purchase as this will expedite the warranty process. An ATG representative will examine the damage information and direct you on how to proceed. If the warranty is not valid or applicable we will send you a cost estimate for any necessary repairs plus shipping.
